I get the Engine Error "Your Graphics Hardware must support at least pixel shader version 1.1 to run this game!" whenever I try to play TF2

If I have to buy a new computer JUST for this game I am goign to be so pissed e____e
I mean, it will be cool to have a computer just for me but still, Grams place has NO WiFi,So I wouldnt be able to have a Laptop without buying a router also and shit e_e

Which Means Ima Get To Play TF2 And Portal c: And Try Out Half Life o 3o
Then I Can Play Around With Garrys Mod.

I have been accepted into Barstow Community College! I know I know, It's Community College,But Hey,It's Something 8D It's not for credits cause my asshole of a HS Councler said it wasn't for credits so I'm just doing it to do it I guess. ANYWAY, I am so stoked! I thought they wouldn't let me but they are C:

Classes start on January 11th and go to May 21
I am taking Free hand Sketching On Tuesday and Thursday. Then starting in March I am taking Human Sexuality on Monday And Wednesday
